Hugh Hewitt talks to everyone and his favorite guest is the Thursday night staple and my favorite author Mark Steyn.

He talks to lots of Liberals and he is one of the best if not the best interviewer that is on the radio. He is able to elicite answers and is willing to ask probing and detailed questions and doesn’t let the Liberals get away with their standard Leftist nonsense.

Hewitt isn’t as far right as I am, but he is a solid conservative in many ways and he is also a very good lawyer. If you listen to both he and Levin, the best hands down, you will get a graduate school level education in the law.

I would bet regular listeners to these shows know more about Constitutional Law and the workings of the government than the vast majority of law school graduates. Hell, the President of the United States claims to be a law scholar and he is oblivious to what the constitution means.

Hewitt will switch positions at the drop of a hat. He was all for empathy for criminal immigration and when it became unpopular with Conservatives, he changed his tune. He is smarmy.

Read his interview with Mitch McConnell. Hugh says he is one of the best interviewers on the air—yes, for a republican establishment interviewer. Did he ask Mitch why he voted for Lunch? No. Did he ask McDumbo why he refused to get into the fracas concerning the subpoenas concerning how the US Senate filed as a “small business” to be exempt from Obamacare? No. Hugh has gone squishy and he continues denigrating his producer Duane, something he has yet to get over. Hey Hugh, it is no longer funny after all these years. Here is the link for the interview. http://www.hughhewitt.com/senator-majority-leader-mitch-mcconnell-on-defense-approps-and-judicial-nominees-the-rest-of-obamas-term/#more-27485
