The Federal government is not allowed to hold, or control ANY land other than what is listed under article 1 Section 8 of the UNITED STATES constitution. So air force bases, Cape Canaveral, the Houston Space Center, all national parks and monuments, the interstate highways, federal office buildings, all are unconstitutional?

No, any lands for defense purposes and such are constitutional. Which proves to me you have never read article 1 section 8.
