Soooo...Someone explain who ‘coming to their aid’, they being people in the process of being arrested, isn’t grounds to shoot every one of them? I s not ‘aid’ in this context, a felony? If that ‘sid’ threatened the cop, is it not his training to pull his gun as the next least severe action between a verbal command and actually shooting?
Should we suspend every cop that holds a gun on a suspect now?
