No, and that illustrates a major problem in the liberalness of the America legal system.
Too many people suspected of sex crimes are not prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
I can’t compare the Duggars to great biblical heroes until they do something heroic. Right now they are just hypocrites.
I would never go on TV and have a reality show.

In the post you linked to she/he/”it” posted a link to a story where 4 underage boys were charged as adults. However, that case was FAR, FAR more problematic. Here’s an extract from her/his/its linked article:
“...The four... are accused of getting the two girls drunk on Smirnoff vodka and Sprite and assaulting them, investigators said.
A homeowner called deputies after hearing moans coming from the canal in the 10000 block of Old Bridgeport Lane, the arrest report said. When deputies arrived, they found the girls unconscious, one of them in a fetal position, naked from the waist down. The girls were taken to West Boca Medical Center for treatment....”
IMHO she/he/it is trying (as she/he/it repeatedly has been doing) to conflate much more serious crimes with what the 13/14 year old Duggar did. It’s like someone trying to say a boy “battering” a brother in the chest with a peashooter is equivalent with the crime of an underage boy shooting a person in the gut with a 9mm pistol and advocating that the peashooter boy should be charged with “battery” as an ADULT and penalized accordingly.
I don’t know how to account for the degree of vitriol being displayed relative to the Duggar family. For some it may be jealousy of the Duggar’s financial success, it may be because the Duggars are devout Christians, it may be envy because they have so many (well-adjusted and decent) children who are growing up to be responsible adults. Or it may be because of something else-—but, whatever it is, they are clearly blowing things way out of proportion.
In any case, I thank God that it is families such as the Duggars who are having large numbers of children and raising them to be devout Christians/Jews. I suspect that many (not all of course) of the folks participating in the online jihad against the Duggars aren’t blessed with many children and thus are not reproducing themselves. The fact that they are not replicating themselves is a good thing in my book.
Are you serious? You would ruin the life of a child and have him never able to live near a school or marry someone with children for the rest of his life because of some ignorant fumbling around as a teenager? No, you should go to his parents and receive assurances that they would teach him right from wrong and keep him in line; you would teach your daughters how to avoid "bad touch" situations and absolve them from guilt if they did nothing wrong; and you would not ruin another family unless there were repeated episodes or aggression.
Women want to be equal but if someone touches them over their clothes, they want the smelling salts and fainting couch? Please.
Teach your daughters about the reality — guys want "it" all the time until they are about 28, so women must learn to avoid situations. From then on, guys want "it" about half the time until they are 38. Then they are lucky to be able to have "it" at all — just when the women start to want "it" all the time.

At this point in time, the MSM has flooded the airwaves and internet with so much bogus mis-information and innuendo that there isn't a damn person out there that actually knows the entire facts surrounding this Duggar individual.......

I haven’t seen any misinformation about the basic facts. in fact, the Duggar’s admitted them. Will the Press try and hang Christians out to dry? Of course they will. But that changes nothing.
Prosecute ‘em. Now.
After giving this further thought, you’re absolutely right! A fourteen year old boy who admitted to his parents that he inappropriately touched his sisters in their sleep ranks right up there with the sexual deviancies of Jimmy Swaggert and his fellow charlatan Baptist preachers and all the Catholic pedophile priests.
There is only one way to deal with this abomination and that’s to either stone the Duggar to death or hang him from a cross for his sins!

It became my business when they went on the reality show.
First this was more than a kid fumbling around.
He was touching his 4 year old little sister.
He’s a high school kid. Kids that age know that touching (and maybe more) know that is wrong.
A friend of mines 3 year old daughter was molested by their 18 year old babysitter. He was caught because he took pictures and his camera was stolen. The molester is still in jail. He did not do more than touch and photograph the girl.
I don’t know if I’m comfortable sending a 14 year old to jail, but I am not comfortable with him being around little girls.
