And since Californians don’t like dams or offshore drilling, they can build some pretty high speed electric trains than can’t go anywhere and admire themselves for that, as well.
Egg producers in other states can raise their hens any way they damn please.
It's just if they want to sell them here, they have to house them in accordance with CA law.
They can always sell them elsewhere. Nobody in CA will mind.
