Not going to work in sunny California, where solar power is a way more viable option if you’re talking about charging an electric car or a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV).
In other words, "no change", just feel good crap.

That’s actually false advertising. Unless wind is 100% of the fuel mix it will never be possible.
GRE is in the MISO footprint. As I write this post wind is 4.2% of the MISO fuel mix. You NEVER see wind over 20%.
