Laura Ingraham, for all her good points, tends do this a lot. It seems it’s just another in a long list of annoying survival quirks in the Beltway area.
From my point of view, it’s time to fight back with the idea that she has no “standing” in these lawsuits. For too long, liberals have avoided accountability in the courts with the idea that conservatives don’t have standing on a number of issues. So what’s her standing here? There has been no harm, and without that she has no standing.
