The Islamic State, al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood all share the same goal: the imposition of Sharia over as much territory as possible, and ultimately over the whole world. But the Muslim Brotherhood is not working toward this goal with overt violence (except when it is), and so as far as Obama is concerned, it is “moderate.”

They only throw people off roofs, murder Israelis, and shoot inaccurate missiles at the Negev. DAESH, in contrast, beheads raped children. Definitely moderate.
The Muslim Brotherhood is to Islam, as Liberation Theology is to Catholicism, as Rev. Wright’s CHurch is to Protestantism - a front organization to co-opt religion to support political takeover by the Left.
