ATTENTION -- this guy, X-purt, apparently thinks that "biker gangs = scum" are so clever and accomplished, and police so inept, that TWO THIRDS of criminal bikers don't even have arrest records.
That is X-spurt's take on the comparative skills of police and bikers, so you might consider it as you weigh the value of his comments here on this issue.
