What a fool this author is!!! It amazes me just how far this discussion has gotten. Two men who engage in sticking things up each others butts has absolutely nothing to do with the sacrament of marriage.
What two guys can have is a friendship and there are lots of things they can do to formalize their friendship. But mutual masturbation by two guys is never going to be the same as sex between a man a woman even if each couple does pretty much the sam thing. And marriage is not just about having sex. It is an institution that was created because sex between a man and a woman produces issues. The rights and obligations of matrimony originate from this fact.
