After Ferguson and Baltimore, liberal “leadership” has totally surrendered to and emboldened to criminals. Make sure you carry concealed now more than ever
Obama scores a partial point on this one. Perhaps 2 pts on a scale of 10 on the make sense scale. Reading between the lines it’s more of a “use your head” type quote.
If you have any lingering doubts ... don’t chase them. If you don’t have any lingering doubts ... get therapy.

In the Free States, once stop and frisk and chasing criminals are eliminated, criminals will only be stopped when they encounter an armed citizen. Coastal states in the west and east will just become violent cesspool. Even worse than they are today.
The money saving part of this could be good, though. When police arrest criminals they often wind up in prison. When a citizen is forced to use a firearm to stop an imminent threat, there is often no prison needed for the perp, and no repeat offenses, either.
