He is NOT delusional. He set out to destroy America as we knew it. He set out to turn America into a Third World Hell Hole. He has succeeded in moving America towards those goals. That is most realistic.

Well now. Even more evidence. Is Emperor Zero without clothes ? Is his Persian adviser, Val Jar, creating a false sense of reality for the boy king ? Emperor Zero only sees the news that Val Jar the Lizard Queen wants him to see. He only takes a rare question that Val Jar wants him to take. He only reads words that Val Jar wants him to read. And now, the Great Emperor Zero, thinks the World adores him. Because that is what Val Jar the Persian Lizard Queen wants him to see.
