The state Senate on Tuesday approved a hotly debated measure that would allow many immigrants in the country illegally to sign up for special healthcare programs that would offer the same benefits as Medi-Cal.
“We are talking about our friends. We are talking about our neighbors and our families who are denied basic healthcare in the richest state of this union,” Lara told his colleagues.

Senor Lara is not talking the Americans when he says "neighbors and families". He's talking about HIS relatives...the Mexicans.
And note the foundation in jealousy and envy: the "richest state in the union". Angry mooches from a foreign country, upset that someone else has something they don't. Now give it to us!

The cost of buying and staffing an army of buses and armed guards, as well as intermediate layover centers, will be far less than what we give them here. If they are not from Mexico, airline tickets are far cheaper. And oh by the way, under the Go Gordon plan, the country of origin will be forced to pay actual costs of the deportation for each person.
How about we just cut off the freebies?
So not only is healthcare costs going through the roof for the average citizen thanks to Scam-bamacare, but the citizen has to also pay for the healthcare of the entire world. I mean that’s exactly what it is, isn’t it? All anybody has to do is sneak into the country.

The Judge that kaboshed the initiative to deprive them of benefits just died.. She said it was a federal policy override that made initiative illegal. Good riddance.. And now this..

People that are the responsibility of the country they came from to here illegally. But, this is the Peoples’ Socialist Democratic Republik of Kalifornia, where the “State” pays for everything.
In New York city everyday I drove to work I would see the lines of illegals outside the welfare office, 34-00 Northern blvd Queens NY. One of the reasons I moved. The city was constantly constantly trying to squeeze every single last cent from me, and I would see these CRIMINALS stealing it and I was like WHAT the hell am I doing here? Busting my butt to support the entire world? Because that’s what it is. Anyone who sneaks in here gets a free ride. They had an article in the NY Post a few years ago of illegals buying plastic drums, filling it with food paid for by the EBT cards and sending it to their families in foreign countries. Meanwhile they got cops out in the street 2 Am in the morning, scraping up money for the city, walking up and down the blocks laying tickets on cars for the slightest offense, cracked mirrors, you name it, towing my car because I had $250 in parking tickets owed. Or the best, coming out one morning and finding my side view mirror broken and laying in the street and a ticket in my windshield for “equipment violation”, and then another ticket a few hours later. And now they got a commie Mayor who I can just imagine has made things a billion times worse.
