Once again, you are not as smart as we had hoped you would be. The Trooper could not allow the perp to wrestle away his duty weapon and shoot him. It was a righteous shoot.

That's odd. The polices spokesholes were breathlessly telling us all about the gun that "the perp" had on the scene, and that they recovered. Why would the murdered guy need to "wrestle away" a weapon, when he already had one? And where was it? He looked pretty empty-handed to me. Guess if they throw up enough smoke, they'll be away to slip safefully away from the necessary questions [like, where's the second video?].

If it would have been me, weaponized, and I had been trying to do what you claimed, I would have dotted his eyes for him, with getting all tired wading. LOL! :)

LE uses models such as the following to train their personnel. The basic idea is that officer response is comeasurate (on the same level) with subject action. If an officer uses excessive force (goes one or more levels above what is called for), that is grounds for discipline and/or charges.
