Would I be blaming it on "our country"? Or would I be blaming it on the misguided policies of some "libs in our country"? Also, the responsibility of the Obama administration is implied. The "hawks in our party" can not unilaterally "give arms indiscriminately" to jihadi groups. They advocated for the Obama administration and supported them as they did it.
