The beginning of Socialism. Helping needy people is one thing. Helping people that “choose” a lazy, arrogant, non contributing lifestyle....is stealing from the workers. Helping needy people is not constitutional either. My real problem is with who gets to decide who's needy and forcing me to give them money.
