CONGRESS HAS SHIRKED ITS RESPONSIBILITY TO LEGISLATE.....and has allowed agencies to get out of control and INFRINGE ON OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS..
of course the retards (dem and repub) dont like the Constitution.... for the exact reason the FOUNDING FATHERS ENVISIONED.... to keep govenment under control..
Lucky for us the republiCAN’Ts are in control of both houses to protect us now. Oh, wait.......... Kinda like the pubs being in control of the assembly and senate in NV. Didn’t seem to do us much good this session. And we voted for these asshats why? Oh yeah. Promises. Just as bad as the dems anymore.
McConnell and Boehner are being blackmailed into complaisance. The Republican caucus is just being stupid.
Congress delegated rule making to these agencies and they need to rescind it.
