I understand the segregation issue - although in the north it was more hidden than in the south. But why was my post not understanding that? I was just making the point, really, that once blacks lost their purpose and forgot religion and education, they fell into anarchy.

I have observed that blacks have become more openly racist and violent toward whites since integration and the Civil Rights Movement begin. And the whites, just the opposite, more secretly racist and less violent toward blacks.

As for education and religion, both whites and blacks seem to be equally lacking today.

Obviously there are exceptions but in general that is my opinion. And as long as those in authority permit violent acts and looting to occur in the name of justice for past, present, or imaginary acts of racism, anarchy will result.
