I think I read Texas is open carry. If these rag heads kill one child— This entire country will be open carry. God Bless America!! Thank you Jesus for these great men on the front lines.
All but a handful of states allow open carry in some form. Texas was one of the prohibited states. With this change they move from having God Awful carry laws to just mediocre.
AZ by contrast is a Constitutional carry state: open or concealed carry, no license required.
