This is taking shape exactly the way in which the hosts of this event are warning America about. It now takes COURAGE in America to attend a cartoon contest. How is that any different from being in Iraq, Iran, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, etc.?

I think if I lived close to Phoenix, I might just go. My biggest concern is a car bomb or suicide bomber. I sure hope there is adequate perimeter and screening of all participants well outside the area of concentration of people.

I really hope the bikers have the good sense to put cars on the avenues of approach, as ramming crowds with motor vehicles seems to be popular among Muslims. But if they have to ram their way through cars, it will slow them down and alert their intended victims.
