Her appearance had changed dramatically from the perfectly coiffed hair and airbrushed makeup during her campaigning days. My personal opinion was that it was all part of the plan to make her look like she was wearing herself out trotting around the country and working SO hard as SOS for The Won. Like everything the Clintons do, it was all a smokescreen for something else.
