"Now the people come in here all the same age. I ask a girl, 'how old are you?' She says, 'seventeen.' I say, 'that's nice. How old is your friend?' She says, 'seventeen.' I say, 'how old is your mother?' 'Seventeen.' 'How old is your father? 'Seventeen.' What's the matter? Everybody seventeen? What happened to eighteen? What happened to nineteen? What happened to twenty?
Everybody's seventeen!

Willa Faye by the Friends of Distinction
A 1970 song sung by the father of a teenaged girl who has changed her name, and the heartbreak of the dad, and his attempt to get her to be proud of who she is. Very moving.

Okay, mine’s cheesy as all get out, but I’m going with YnT’s Summertime Girls. It’s just the perfect 80s summer song for being a teenaged boy back then. Having fun in the sun, falling head over heels over every girl you meet, and making a complete goofball of yourself in the attempt to win the heart of at least *one* of those girls. :)
