We’ve been reading that the GOP has been “falling apart” for decades, and yet it still fields candidates and wins elections.
Go figure.
It is like the Christian groups that rush to defend Islam from criticism, thinking that it will make the left respect them and stop bashing Christianity.
However, it just raises up Islam while making Christians look weaker.
Republican leaders don’t make real friends with the left, but embolden them by their own apparent weakness, hurting themselves in the long run.
Poor Ben, like most useless surrender monkeys, thinks we’re doomed. To be expected from most hand-wringing wimps like Ben who never, ever get out of DC and gooble up the propaganda from the NYT.
Alas, poor Ben, who is gleefully writing his epitaph and hoping for cheers of sympathy so that he can die stupid, embraced by hand-wringing kooks and wallowing in defeatism - Oh, woe is me.
