A political problem?? Judge Stephen A. Higginson is either a communist democrat or he is obviously not paying attention to the extent of the criminal activity in DC and how DC no longer governs for the good of the people.

Now that the obozo amnesty has been ruled illegal and that obozo broke the law, who in the federal government is going to uphold the court ruling? Answer: nobody. The judge should have served the people and issued an injunction to immediately close the Mexico border and to arrest anyone in federal authority who does not follow his order.
