My point is that disruption of our systems and lives can be accomplished without actual physical attack - mere threats can be nearly as effective, and require minimal resources on the part of attackers.
Are we dealing with these attacks properly? I don’t know. Probably it is not wise to ignore threats, but as you mention, where the heck are all of the agencies that we pay to counter these attacks and eliminate the attackers?
to eliminate attackers one must attack the attackers ... Being pro-active is not allowed by the obama administration ...
