Wow. Violence in Baltimore really escalated after the riots there. Is there a connection; is it a coincidence?? What do those in the black power structure of a majority black city think of all this black on black violence?
Whatever the case in Baltimore, it can’t be racism. You have a black mayor there, a black police chief, a majority black city council, and an almost half black police force. Whatever else is going on there, the city has a majority black population, and is governed/policed by a majority black power structure.
Could this be good Urban Policy and Mid-East Policy? Let the thugs kill each other.
