He should have been prosecuted and should be if the SOL hasn’t run. Also, those that covered it up should be prosecuted.

Am I recalling correctly that you are, or used to be, a prosecutor? If so, I’m curious - how often did you see things like this? By that, I mean people getting caught in some misdeed, and running to/hiding behind religion to try to get out of it.
