this all started in the late fifties when that leftist John XXIII stole the Papacy from arch conservative Cardinal Siri (look it up). This was inspired by the Moscow communists and it worked like a charm. Then came Vatican II a perfect church wrecking storm, fueled by the CIA inspired Jesuits. This brought the concept that there was no reason to be Catholic when you could just be Protestant like everyone else. John Paul II and Benedict gave us some game but it wouldn’t last. Then came Francis, the one and only Jesuit in the Papacy. Or should I say Peter of Rome...that prophecy by St. Malachy that he would be the last Pope, reigning over and betraying the Church which he destroys. Is it over? or is there a walk off win here somewhere?
You do notice that being Catholic does not appear to be sinproof!
The big problem was that men decided they could do it all themselves (whether as an organization like a church or otherwise) rather than resting directly on the grace of God which was promised to be sufficient without other men pumping it up for you.
The sin is obvious now, but that doesn’t mean sin wasn’t there from the start.
