If we would take these traitors...convict them...and within 48 hours have them face a firing squad.....maybe it would slow down considerably....but we don’t, we let them lawyer up, appeal their convictions forever (at our expense) and then, eventually let them go...and then we wonder why it happens over and over......sigh
Hmm...has DoD ever pressed charges against a recipient of a research grant?
They have charged and convicted many DoD employees....not sure about recipients of research grants....
