I have to agree - I left a protestant church b/c the leadership was allowing and covering up child abuse in the church. If you know what is wrong and condone it the guilt lies on you as well. They say it’s for the “good” of the whole church to pay hush money and allow the perverts to remain deacons, etc. - no that’s serving Satan and feeding your own pride. No different to condone queerdom and spread the devilish lie that it does not displease the Lord.
