A few years ago, a motorcycle cop on Obama’s motorcade detail in Hawaii spun out of control and died.

In 2003 Bill Janklow (D) S. Dakota, ran through a stop sign at high speed and killed a motorcyclist. It was not a motorcade, though. He was driving the vehicle.
