With all this stench emanating from the Clintons I am still confused about some things.

1. What is the purpose of the Clinton foundation? What charitable or humanitarian work do they do?

2. Why do they spend only about 15% of funds on the actual charitable work? How does this compare to other charities? Where does the other 85% go??

3. How much do the Clintons pay themselves to run the organization. And how do such pay and benefits compare to other charities?

Back in 2006, the Clinton Foundation announced a program to supply HIV retrovirals to the patients of the world, manufacturing two drugs in three locations (two in India and one in South Africa).

The point was to reduce the cost of HIV treatment from $40/day to a dollar a day.

How much of that $39 difference did the Clintons make on the backs of the HIV patients?
