The thing is, about 5 bike gangs met. They weren’t all bad guys.

One was this Honor Bound Ministry (see: http://www.hbmm-national.org/ ), they look like Christian Bikers, Vietnam Vets were there too.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t condone for a second what the cops did. From the way it sounds they were waiting in ambush and opened fire the moment they saw a gun. Cops have many things they can use to diffuse a situation like that without using deadly force. But then again its hard to know what happened without actually being there. We’ll hear the full truth soon I hope.

I’m fixated that most Christians have a brain. Christian bikers throwing in with a convention of bikers they don’t know is like shopping for cookies on the wrong side of Chicago. It’s not something you would do.

I had not previously heard/read that this was a Confederation of Clubs meeting.

That being the case, my original inkling that all was not as it was being reported by the media and the police has grown to a strong suspicion.

Vietnam Vets were how the Cos-sicko’s got started....began because some wanted the Adrenalin rush from tours in Vietnam. These are bad guys....and if any appear as good it's a front.

This was a Confederation meeting. MOST if not ALL clubs in the area generally are expected to attend. Most states have them. When I rode with a Ma and Pa two patch (read lawyers, doctors, police, fireman, Veterans, Christian clubs, etc) we were expected to attend as well. As were all the other benign clubs. This meeting is supposed to be and is historically peaceful. The meeting is meant to compare and coordinate event schedules, meet and great, and PEACEFUL problem resolution, Calling every club that attends these meetings a “gang” is just plain ignorant.
