Taxpayers demand the Bank Secrecy Act be mobilized if banking fraud is suspected. Banks holding Azteca monies should be scrutinized to determine the scope of practices that harmed banking officials, depositers, shareholders, banking clients.
L/E should scrutinize Azteca bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals. <><> Bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC other accounts, to operate personal businesses, campaign funding. ADDENDUM Azteca America, has employed two American Clinton confidantes since late 2008 to lobby the State Department on various initiatives affecting U.S. relations with Mexico, where its parent company is based....both during and after Clinton’s tenure as Secy of State. Azteca America has a Mexican parent-----TV Azteca, is a foundation associated with the company that has a U.S. counterpart.
Together these entities donated as much as $375,000 to the infamous Clinton Foundation, according to Azteca's website.
