Could it be worse than what we have now?

Well if the situation is the same as when my son got his teaching credentials, a lot of his fellow students had a very difficult time getting jobs because the older teachers wouldn't retire. So if that has remained the same it's just another slap at legal immigrants and Americans!

Yes it can. My students made AYP, meeting standards and I was driven out. Have two degrees and am a US citizen and was a tenured teacher there.
They went after tenured teachers and got rid of good teachers. They play games. All whether the principal likes the teacher or not. Not based on how the teacher does or teaches.
