Not at all. My apologies if I gave that impression. What I was trying to convey is that with a little knowledge John Q. Public can know when things are fine and when it's time to get the hell out of dodge. So as not to paint all bikers and those who ride bikes with the same broad brush.
I see you live in Cali as well. I am in San Bernardino county, the worldwide HQ of the most violent MC's. Some of the bikers I see don't fit into the outlaw category. But I do see a lot of the other types cruising up and down I-15 that would be categorized as being part of a continuing criminal enterprise and subject to RICO. NY has the mafia, we have the MC's. Some of my friends who are SBCO sheriff deputies have told me about the link between them and the cartels, moving their poison throughout the southwest.
This isn't Sons of Anarchy. This is the real deal. So yeah I give the outlaw MC's a wide berth and trust the cops to what they need to do to deal with them.
And I was harsher than I should have been. My apologies too.
Yes, the motorcycle gangs are bad news. I prefer to give them a wide berth also.
If I’m a patron of a restaurant that starts filling up with bikers, discretion says time to leave ASAP.
Good thing my wife and I always pay cash. Much easier to throw down cash, leave and not worry about change.
