He’s already picked up the biggest political operative in Michigan which will bring in money and votes.
A quote from the article:

“If you sit down and listen to him you’ll see a passion, you’ll see a dedication to principles, you’ll see a person that understands the issues and can articulate them very well. And I think it’s something that people will listen to,” Pressler said.
This is a familiar theme from new Cruz supporters that has been repeated in Michigan, Texas, Iowa, South Carolina, and several other places around the USA. People that take time to listen and get to know the man soon realize Cruz sincerely believes the core conservative message he brings and they appreciate his optimism and vision for America's future. I'm proud to support Ted Cruz with my time and donations.

Last time I saw Ted Cruz on a interview with Meygan Kelly he has a inner optimism about America and it’s people.

He also has inner peace and joy, he let’s critisizm run off his back like a duck.

He is really down to earth.
