The American College of Physicians (ACP) also officially opposed reparative therapy for individuals suffering from unwanted same-sex tendencies...

Do they really mean to say that they will withhold therapy from homosexual persons who are "suffering from unwanted same-sex tendencies???"

I'd say that the Physicians who took that tack are at best evil bastards, and at worst, dumb as stumps. When someone is "suffering," it is the duty
of physicians to alleviate that suffering, without a shadow of a doubt.
