I heard he agreed to a blood draw. I remain mystified as to why he is not in jail. Probable cause is beyond a shadow of a doubt.

He's not in jail because apparently there is no flight risk, and this is not the punishment phase. That comes after a fair trial and his conviction.

That is why he's not in jail.
