It should be a provision for pensioners to either live in the hell-holes they are drawing a pension from, or if they leave, they forfeit 75%.
It is really unfair that some CA superintendent draws a 300K per year pension, then moves to a low or no tax state.
Places like Detroit or Chicago therefore pick up all of the obligations, but don't get the tax receipts.

You mean the same ‘hard-working’ people who placed individuals in power who are then legislating all of those ‘unfair’ pension laws?? The ‘hard-working’ people who now complain about those ‘unfair’ pension laws but CONTINUE to send those same leaders(D&R) back to Sacramento every election cycle?? The ‘hard-working’ people who are not stuck holding the bag but who voluntarily pick it up....those people????

Re the highly paid Cash. Super. We know a couple who are a retired principal and teacher.
About once a month they go on a cruise or trip to an expensive country like Switzerland to visit, where they are now. Also, they seem to have a special health care package that normal retired teachers don’t have.
This couple bragged about never having to save any money like the the rest of us while employed.
When he retired as a principal, somehow, he was able to avoid pension penalties when he did so called substitute principal gigs. Some of these gigs lasted many months. Apparently the union prevented retired teachers from doing this.
