You have zero idea what this guys qualifications are. None. Maybe he’s qualified, maybe he isn’t but you have no idea.
You were “getting a pre-med education”. Good for you. But you didn’t answer the question. What was the summer job you had? Or the night job. Flipping burgers maybe? I did, and there’s no shame in it, and it has zero bearing on what you or I do now.

I told you that you don't get to be the captain without putting in LONG hard hours, and proving yourself.
I responded that some random train worker is not going to get plum jobs like conductor or engineer without some help from above.
Yeah maybe the guy was going to night school or whatever.
I don't care if the engineer was gay.
What I DO care about is that in this day and age, being gay means go to the head of the class.
