I want to know if the PTB pulled a blood sample for analysis.
I would think any accident, of any nature, requires a fit for duty test.
I was wondering if he can refuse testing (as one can when stopped for a DUI), and if he refuses, can the sample be obtained with a court order?
I'd also be curious about any health problems or any prescription medications that he might be taking. Anything that might interfere with his vision?
