Its sounds like distracted :”driving” to me.
He’s refused to talk..to authorities..from what I understand.
HOW he can refuse to talk to authorities,.... I do NOT understand.
Trains arent like cars....a 50 mph curve is a fifty mile per hour curve...as there are no Sports Trains......that could safely take such curves with a skilled driver at the wheel.....
He has a lawyer, and he needed medical treatment. Time will tell. They have the “black box.”
