The problem is that it takes generations to fix. You can't give many of these "lost boys" their high school learning opportunity back, nor their family-taught morality back. You have to write them off and start over with the next generation.

We've HAD generations. The problem doesn't fix itself. The welfare girls will give birth to another generation with the same pathologies.

There is no solution which doesn't involve removing ALL incentives for girls to have babies they cant support without government funds.

I agree that they have to stop the cause. I'm saying that the future lies in the next generations, not in somehow miraculously fixing the young adults there now who wasted their formative years.

What these "intellectuals' like Rush wanted was for white working classes to 'socialize' inner city blacks. The theory is that white rubs off...

To REALLY HELP blacks move them into WHITE LIBERAL ELITE neighborhoods where 'elite white' will rub off. If 'working class' white will help some - - then 'liberal elite white' will help MORE.

White neighborhoods with homes in the $600,000 to 3 million range will do nicely. Buy the mansions next door to the mayor - and HIS friends - and the editor of the Baltimore Sun - and break those mansions up into apartments for inner city blacks.

Every 5th mansion should do the trick.

Let 'rich liberal white' rub off... and help the downtrodden. These compassionate liberal elites can put their money where their mouth is... show us how our 'betters' can socialize black inner city 'victims of society'. Show us the way - don't just tell us....

Working people will be thrilled to have our taxes raised for this project. We want to see liberal elites have some of the joy they've so often given us... We want to 'give back' to our liberal elite betters.

Bill Clinton's neighborhood could do some good - same with the people who live in the mansions around Michael Moore and all those 'oh so compassionate ones' in Hollywood. Every third mansion - broken up into classy small apartments for the black victims of this mean old country. Let that 'elite white' rub off guys.

(And yes, there are solutions that can help people but moving blacks next to elite whites in NOT one of them... it's insulting to blacks and it's silly... white doesn't 'rub' off. Same applies to working class whites... that doesn't rub off either. Blacks need help reestablishing the culture they had before liberal elite 'great society' ideas and urban renewal destroyed the blackfamily and community. Baltimore’s decline started with Nancy Pelosi’s brother as mayor in 1968, who caved in to the black rioters, domestic and imported, and let them destroy the heart of the white-owned/black employee small businesses, esp. in East Baltimore, some in West Balto, and So. Baltimore.

When the white owners gave up starting over again, the decent black employees were out of work and many didn’t get back their same type of work.

The Democrats answers to all this was to continue to tax the shit out of businesses, from elevator inspections to our family store’s delivery door canopy. Environmental regulations concerning the disposal of asbestos power (used in plumbing) were sky-high and basically legal robbery.

Black mayors of Baltimore, DC (Marion Barry, Crook for Life), Detroit (Communist Party member Coleman Young), David the Incompetent Dinkins in NYC, Cleveland, Houston, Atlanta, Richmond (white and black, not all bad but some bad enough to cripple it economically for years;, Philadelphia (a black shit-hole for decades and still is - just has a policeman friend check it out west of Temple Un./Broad Street. He said is was worse than I had described from my trip back there in 1980); New Haven, etc.

All Democrats, all liberals, all fools, economically, politically and mentally. And who pays the price, both the white and black working class (in taxes, loss of business, crime, etc), and the poor people who just want a better life than that of the new welfare plantation of drug-addicting social programs/handouts, a maintenance of poor performing schools, corrupt and Marxist politicians, and terrible drug-trafficking/addiction problems.

I’ve lived in Baltimore since I was born until I permanently left in 1966 for the DC area (I saw the same crap happening there), Philadelphia for 4 years at Temple Un in No. Philly, and in visits to NYC, Cleveland, Chicago, etc.

The black politicians, aided by white liberal Democrats and closet Marxists, have betrayed everyone in these major cities, esp. the poorer minorities who they use like a captive person for a source of blood (i.e. money).

Only when there is an united political uprising of all decent, loyal, free-enterprise Americans and legal, hardworking immigrants, will we be able to start taking back our cities from the hardcore Marxists and incompetent, asskissing, blackmail paying white and black liberal Democrats.
