George Zimmerman was injured today in a shooting in Lake Mary Florida. Zimmerman suffered a minor gunshot wound. WESH reported:
The shooting involving Zimmerman and another man happened on Lake Mary Boulevard about 12:45 p.m., police said.According to Bracknell, officers at the scene reported Zimmerman suffered a minor gunshot wound.
“He walked normally into the ambulance, so he wasn’t being helped or nothing,” said witness Ricardo Berrare. “They actually backed up the ambulance next to his driver side so he could walk into the door.”
Chopper 2 video showed a bullet hole in the passenger window of the vehicle Zimmerman was in.
“The officer was talking to him through the back window because the other one had a hole in it. It was all shattered,” Berrare said.
Bracknell said the shooting may have been related to an “ongoing dispute” involving Zimmerman and another person.
In January, Zimmerman was accused of assault by his girlfriend, but no charges were filed after she recanted her allegation.
He was also arrested in November 2013 on domestic violence allegations after his girlfriend called police. His girlfriend later recanted her story and charges were never filed.
Zimmerman was acquitted in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin in 2013.

I could say “there are no stupid questions”, but I wouldn’t mean it. Why do you say that asking if George’s behavior has changed is a stupid question?
I find it interesting that the reporter can’t apparently give ANY account of what happened, including whether GZ shot himself, or was shot at unprovoked, or got into a fight, or what.

But some of the other stuff—the lady love accusing him of edgy behavior and retracting... it seems like he’s closer to the edge than he used to be. Maybe the media’s on his case, but I’m more than twice as old as he is, and in my whole life I haven’t had the legal interactions he’s had in the last couple of years.
I doubt it. George would be leading a fairly normal life if the Obama administration and the old media had not seen him as an opportunity to gin up the black vote.

The POTUS spoke out against him. The U.S. AG investigated him and in spite of no findings against him from the DoJ the AG says he will continue to investigate him. U.S. Congressmen have spoken against him in the well of the House. Rick Santorum publically denounced him as crazy. The FL governor assigned a special prosecutor to bring charges against him. The special prosecutor did. The MSM has lied about and demonized him for nearly two years. Spike Lee tweeted his parent's address for psychos to find them. The NBPP issued dead or alive wanted posters on him. Not one LEA, prosecutor or politician in the country condemned that giving the impression that his assassination has been officially sanctioned. He's a quarter million dollars in debt.
I’m not blaming George for Trayvon. Good riddance.
But I wonder if George is more aggressive than he used to be. Many people who sympathize with him think only in terms of his persecution, which was real enough. But, why is it so crazy to ask if Trayvon got in a few good head bashes before he was shot that might have left George with after-effects? It happens to football players, and they wear helmets.

Apparently, if you have a name for protecting life and property against an “affirmative action” thug, you are officially a legitimate target for a drive by shooting, even by conservative standards. Our day is coming to ponder on what we think about not being able to live a normal life without being attacked, robbed or shot at. That is; those of us who are “pigmentally challenged. I, personally, like the term “Zimmerized”. It has a nice ring to it. It’s too bad that all the people that are being attacked, robbed, having their homes invaded, being mugged and beaten haven’t had a crash course in it. Especially the elderly who can use a little “equalizer” on their person when they go out.

This very well could have been someone trying to collect a reward. Zimmerman is a marked man.
I’m not sure a head injury relates to anything in this event seeing as some person was shooting AT him. But perhaps with regard to his early event with his gf. A friend of my son’s almost died with a severe head injury. It is a miracle that he survived, let alone back in college, but he’s not the same. Serious anger issues that he never had before. And usually he is fine, but sometimes he will just flip out. Whereas before nothing ever like that.
