Correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought corporations NEVER paid taxes. They just pass them along to their customers.

Correct - you and I pay taxes. From our own income and when we buy products and services... wish someone would be more aggressive with that knowledge.

Actually, corporations can end-up paying the taxes if they are unable to raise prices when the taxes are imposed. But we need to respond that the corporate income tax is unfair because it is a double tax on the same income — once at the corporate level, and again at the shareholder level when dividends are paid.
