I think the only reason that Hitler didn’t completely nationalize the factories was that he realized he needed his war machine to be built quickly, and having the replace the current people running the factories would only slow down the timeframe of getting Germany ready for war.
Nazism definitely had a strong leftist thread. If Hitler had won the war, it remains an open question whether he would have “completed the social revolution” by nationalizing all property.
But in the final analysis Hitler and the top Nazis weren’t really interested in this stuff. They were interested only in power used to promote their racial goals and weren’t much interested in who owned what.
