The US Constitution replaced the Articles of Confederation. The US Constitution can be replaced with new national governing document that holds Congress accountable for violations of the law.
Let’s broaden that out a bit to hold accountable any government entity and it agents, employees, etc., by immediately freezing all accounts and assets of at least the individuals involved until such time they are proven innocent.
There needs to be a different standard for those in power.
