NBC Terrorism Analyst Evan Kohlmann compared the Mohammed Art Exhibit and Contest and Pamela Gellers actions to hate crimes, lighting the Reichstag on fire and then complaining that your fingers got singed, and accused her of infringing on other peoples free speech rights on Wednesdays Hardball.

Similarly I see Pam Geller and the participants at her event as Peaceful Protesters.
lighting the Reichstag on fire and then complaining that your fingers got singed, and accused her of infringing on other peoples free speech rights on Wednesdays Hardball.
So, the government is to blame? That’s a really stupid metaphor.
Geller’s Actions Like Lighting Fire And Complaining You Got Burned
i.e. his analogy is stupid, moronic and biased. The better analogy is “Gellers actions are like lighting a fire and it attracts moths that are promptly toasted.
The muslims got burned. It was great.
Pass the marshmallows.
So you have a group of lunatic terrorist threatening terror on US soil for the purpose of creating havoc here in the US . So then the US should cower in fear and division which of course is exactly what the terrorists are trying to ferment? Be nice to the terrorist and they will be nice to you? Ain’t gonna happen; war is hell!
I don’t think Pam complained, did she?
Yipee! Now the taxpayers have to shell out 27 billion dollars to deal with that attention whore Pam Geller and her BS scheme to “save free speech”. Thanks Pam.
So you side with NBC?
To paraphrase Heinlien; ‘there are some people who's toes you have to continue to step on until they appologize.”
MLK provoked those white southerners by marching over that bridge in Selma. He caused the violence! He knew they would be provoked!
So once again “free speech” is ok as long as you don’t offend anyone, especially someone who might fight back. Liberals just don’t get why the First Amendment is important. Instead of all expressing the same idea, opposing and/or new ideas can be presented and debated reasonably and openly. Where would we be today if everyone accepted or were forced to accept that the Earth was flat?
Sometimes you have to shock people to wake them from their sleep. The zombies needed waking...
Looking forward to the ‘Draw and Quarter Mohammed’ contest.
From Wiki: “He (Kohlmann) attended the Georgetown University Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, where he studied under Mamoun Fandy.[2] Fandy’s mentorship sparked his interest in Middle East politics. “When [Fandy] lived in Egypt, he passed by the number two guy in al-Qaeda there every day. He really knew his subject.”
Kohlmann was fully indoctrinated by Fandy to believe that Islam is not really all that bad.
> So you side with NBC?
Well heck,l ook at the name. What do you think? Of course he does...lol
Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should. Who knew “free speech” needed saving?
