Walker's plan was bottled up in court for two years. One renegade Republican (Schultz) temporarily scuttled the beginnings of opening iron mining in northern Wisconsin. Obama's overall behavior hasn't helped anybody. Walker aimed high and didn't hit all of his benchmarks, but has moved the state measurably forward.
